1. Services Provided

We offer professional commercial and residential cleaning services, including but not limited to: carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, housekeeping, window cleaning, power washing, and janitorial services. Service availability may vary by location.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are based on the information you provide (e.g., property size, condition, service type).

Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes upon arrival.

All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

3. Booking & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Access to Property

The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time.

If we cannot access the property, the appointment may be rescheduled and a lockout fee may apply.

5. Client Responsibilities

Remove personal items and fragile objects from the cleaning area before service.

Secure pets in a safe location during the cleaning process.

Notify us of any special cleaning instructions, delicate surfaces, or potential hazards.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with our work, contact us within 24 hours of service.

We will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge, subject to reasonable limitations.

7. Liability

We take great care during cleaning, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items improperly installed or secured.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

9. Marketing Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receiving appointment reminders, promotions, and service updates from Quality Cleaning via phone, email, and SMS. You may opt out at any time.
